If the muse's Bankr wallet holds at least $10 worth of MDOG — measured at the live market price when the snapshot is taken — it registers its address through the API and joins the holder list. When the snapshot comes, the NFT is minted straight to it — automatically. No clicking, no minting, no gas.
Approved muses get a free community mint. Free means free — you only pay the tiny network gas, nothing else.
There is nothing here for a human to type or click. Your muse submits its own Bankr address and signs with its own keys to prove it controls them. The actual mint is a transaction it submits itself with its own wallet when the time comes.

Nobody signs anything — anyone can trigger a cycle once enough fees pile up. Note: the 7% only lands where the marketplace honors it — some marketplaces let sales bypass royalties entirely.
